Returns & Refunds
We take great care in ensuring every composition meets our quality standards. Refunds may be considered only where a verified fault is identified and The Mini Scent Bar is determined to be responsible — such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged bottle on arrival, or a confirmed batch defect.
All return requests are subject to review and approval. Approved refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit (a Maison gift voucher), or
- Payment reversal, where applicable.
Exchanges
Once a bottle has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect volume selection
- Change of mind or personal preference once a bottle has been unsealed
We strongly encourage exploring our Discovery Set or fragrance guide before committing to a full bottle — a perfume is most truly known once it has lived a day on your skin.
Reporting an Issue
If there is a concern with your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a request, please contact our concierge with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the bottle and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Bottles must be unopened, with the original wax seal intact, and in their original packaging.
Shipping & Logistics
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our atelier. Within Abuja, courier delivery is assigned by zone. Outside Abuja, we offer a flat nationwide rate of ₦8,500 covering packages up to 3kg.
For larger combined orders exceeding 3kg, our concierge team will contact you directly to coordinate any additional freight charges.
